WFM offers self-lubricity, excellent frictional behaviour, superior wear resistance and outstanding pressure-velocity capabilities [up to 5 times higher than conventional cast nylons]. Offering very low co-efficient of friction and suitable for higher velocity, unlubricated moving parts applications. Excellent material for self lubricating bushes, wear pads, guides, etc.

Metalon MDS contains finely divided particles of Mos2 to enhance its bearing and wear behaviour without impairing the impact and fatigue resistance inherent to unmodified cast nylon grades. Suitable grade for gears, bearings, sprockets and sheaves, Pullies and heavily loaded parts.

Product Details:

Unmodified cast nylon 6 grade exhibiting characteristics which come very close to those of Metalon® 66 SA. It combines high strength, stiffness and hardness with good creep and wear resistance, heat ageing propertiesand machinability. Very good general purpose grade for machined parts and engineering applications replacing metals & non ferrous metals in many applications. Suitable for gears, pullies, rollers, wheels, sheaves, wear pads, slipper pads, etc.

Product Details:

Metalon FG natural (ivory/blue) is a unfilled grade suitable for Food Contact parts and complies as per USFDA 177.1500 Jan 2022 for contact with aqueous and fatty foods/ beverages at room temperature filling and storing.

Metalon FG has been specially developed for non-lubricated, highly loaded and slowly moving parts in food contact applications. It offers lower maintenance costs and longer service life, sutable for machined parts  direclty in contact with food.

Metalon Oilon is turely a self-lubricating material, it is Internally lubricated with very low coefficient of friction (upto 50% lower) in comparision to standard Cast Nylon. This material have increased pressure-velocity capabilities, and a vastly improved wear resistance (upto 10 times better than standard cast nylon). Excellent material for unlubricated highly loaded & slow moving parts, bushes, wear pads, guides, etc.
